Pacific Rim Energy Inc. (PRE) is seeking joint venture Partners on a 50/50 basis for reactivation of mature oil fields that are abandoned and shut in containing 17,000 wells. Over 100 abandoned oil fields available with crude oil ranging from 30-50 API. Minimum participation is 100 million to 5 billion bbls of proved reserves. PRE partner is CAMIMPEG the new Venezuelan Ministry of Defense oil, gas and mining company responsible for abandon oil fields.
